Which industries do you serve?

We support a wide range of industries across the Tri-State area (NJ, NY, PA), including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, insurance, and professional services. Our experience spans both union and non-union environments. Please Note: at this time, we are not taking any government agencies/contracts.
What size businesses do you typically work with?

Our “sweet spot” is partnering with organizations that have between 1 and 50 employees. We provide the professional expertise needed for scaling without the overhead of a full-time executive hire.
Do you offer on site support?

Yes. While we operate primarily as a virtual company to keep overhead low and our pricing accessible, we offer specialized packages that include a dedicated full day on-site each week to provide hands-on support for your team.
How do you track and report the hours used in a fractional package?

We use a propriatary planning and reporting process to stay in touch and keep you updated on all project statuses. For administrative contracts, any work requested beyond your contracted hours is billed at a flat overtime rate of $100 per hour, only upon your request.
Our full administrative support contracts require a minimum commitment of 3 months, with 6-month options also available. One-time projects, such as Handbook Design or Strategic People Audits, are billed on a per-project basis.

What if I only need help with a single project?

We offer a per diem/as needed hourly rate for administrative tasks, as well as flat-rate project pricing for specific needs like SOP development, talent acquisition, or leadership training.
Can I mix and match HR and Administrative services?

Absolutely. We specialize in providing a unified solution for both “people” and “processes.” We can curate a tailored action plan that combines specific HR leadership with daily administrative support to fit your current business goals.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are Net 30 for most contracts, while specialized projects like recruiting or audits may require a down payment or be due upon receipt. We offer flexible billing, including hourly, flat-rate, or monthly contract options.
