Erik Werner

Co-Owner + Human Resources Specialist

Erik is a dynamic professional with fifteen years of progressive HR experience. Since graduating from Rider University with a degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership, he has honed his skills in a variety of industries, including domestic transportation, distribution and manufacturing, and retail organizations of all sizes. He is a member of DAARSTOC, and holds an active SPHR certification through HRCI. When he’s not working as an HR expert, Erik enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and 3 dogs, playing in local cornhole leagues, and working on a never-ending list of household projects.

Casie is an administrative professional who brings a unique perspective to her work. After graduating from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Secondary Education, Casie spent the first eight years of her career working with high school students. Since leaving the classroom, Casie has pursued her passion for optimizing systems and helping companies grow. She’s worked with a variety of small businesses including a mental health practice, insurance agency, and online retail organizations. Casie loves spending time with her 3 dogs, reading & writing fantasy books, and volunteering with local animal shelters.
